The St. Clair County, Emerency Management Agency, has requested that those experiencing damages due to the July 16, 2024 Flood answer some questions for a preliminary damage assessment .   This assessment will be utilized to determine the qualification for a State and/or Federal Disaster Declaration.  You can complete and submit the assessment through the following LINK:
