Launch the media gallery 1 playerThe iconic old grade school building located at South Market and Belsha is being auctioned, online only, by Adam’s Auctioneers. This all-brick building was converted into eleven apartments which were closed after a fire.
Hopefully, a savvy real estate investor will purchase the property and, in a timely manner, either rehab the building for apartments or demolish the building and repurpose the property.
